Senior C&I Project Manager

About the role

We are seeking a Senior C&I Project Manager to lead the delivery of Control & Instrumentation projects across mining, energy and processing operations in Southern Africa. You will manage high‑impact initiatives ranging from control system upgrades to full automation implementations, working closely with top‑tier clients in complex, real‑world environments.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of C&I projects, from design through commissioning to handover.
• Manage project scope, schedules, budgets and risk registers.
• Coordinate contractors, engineering teams and client stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Drive detailed planning, system tie‑ins and commissioning activities.
• Ensure SHEQ compliance throughout all project phases.

Required profile

• Degree or Diploma in Electrical, Electronic, Mechatronic or related engineering.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in mining or process‑industry project environments.
• Proven track record in C&I and automation projects.
• Project Management certification (e.g., PMP, PMSA, SACPCMP) is advantageous.
