Senior Analyst / Project Manager – Launch

About the role

DP World is seeking a Senior Analyst – Launch who will lead and deliver complex projects and workstreams, ensuring they meet scope, schedule, quality and budget constraints. The role works closely with cross‑functional teams and stakeholders to translate business objectives into actionable solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead defined project workstreams, guaranteeing delivery against scope, timelines and quality standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to develop practical solutions within clearly defined parameters.
• Plan, break down, prioritize and track tasks, maintaining progress visibility.
• Facilitate stakeholder meetings and workshops to gather input and ensure alignment.
• Apply structured, data‑driven problem‑solving to support solution development and generate actionable insights.
• Monitor risks and dependencies, escalating issues proactively.
• Mentor junior team members, reviewing work and providing feedback.
• Manage multiple concurrent projects using established project‑management methodologies.
• Develop detailed roadmaps and implementation plans aligned with strategic objectives.
• Support execution excellence through governance, status reporting and performance tracking.

Required profile

• Honours degree in Technology, Business, Engineering or a related field.
• Project‑management qualification or certification preferred.
• 4–7 years of combined project‑management, consulting and supply‑chain experience.
• Proven ability to lead teams and deliver business projects successfully.
• Strong communication, analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Eligibility to work in the country of application.
