Security Operations Analyst – Trust Operations

About the role

DigiCert is looking for a Security Operations Analyst to strengthen its Trust Operations team. You will analyze real‑time logs, identify threats, and help maintain a robust security posture across the company’s global infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Perform real‑time log analysis to detect security threats and vulnerabilities.
• Manage and evaluate security alerts, ensuring tickets are resolved within defined SLAs.
• Participate in security incident response, investigation, and post‑incident analysis.
• Configure, manage, and maintain security‑related software and systems.
• Provide metrics, statistics, and improvement recommendations to management.
• Support audit activities and compliance requirements.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience in IT or a related technical discipline.
• 2+ years of experience in information security, preferably with incident response.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self‑motivated, able to work independently and within a team.
• Willingness to stay current on emerging threats and obtain CISSP certification if not already held.

Required skills

• Log analysis and network traffic analysis.
• SIEM technologies (preferably Splunk).
• Cloud‑based identity providers and Single Sign‑On (SSO) solutions.
• Understanding of information security design concepts and principles.
• CISSP (or willingness to obtain).
