About the role
The Foschini Group (TFG) is seeking energetic seasonal sales associates for its North West stores during the festive period. This 120‑hour contract role offers the chance to deliver exceptional shopping experiences and support a diverse product range.
Key responsibilities
- Act as a brand ambassador, ensuring an unforgettable experience for every customer.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying customer needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of décor, fashion trends, and product offerings.
- Proactively seek new sales opportunities and drive additional revenue.
- Replenish merchandise promptly to keep the store ready for shoppers.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a retail environment.
- Matric certificate (advantageous).
- South African citizenship.
- Positive, can‑do attitude with strong work ethic.
- Ability to work under pressure and handle customer queries efficiently.
- Reliable transport and immediate availability.
