Sales Supervisor

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Sales Supervisor to lead its van sales team, ensuring profitable growth and excellent service across assigned routes. The role focuses on coaching, performance monitoring and expanding the customer base within the FMCG market.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and embed a customer‑focused sales culture among van sales representatives.
• Conduct daily gate meetings to review performance, execution and KPI discipline.
• Coach sales staff on capability and performance, providing in‑market guidance.
• Ensure 100 % outlet coverage on assigned routes and conduct individual visits to resolve issues.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to increase market share.
• Attend internal and external meetings as required and align strategic directions.
• Deliver regular training sessions on critical business skills.
• Perform performance reviews and provide feedback to the team.

Required profile

• Three‑year Business or Commercial tertiary qualification or equivalent.
• Minimum three years of FMCG experience, including at least one year in a sales role.
• Valid driver’s licence.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
