About the role
The Sales Executive – Corporate will drive new business opportunities and manage existing corporate accounts for Pullman Cape Town City Centre. Working closely with the sales and operational teams, you will ensure the hotel meets its revenue targets while delivering high‑quality service to corporate clients.
Key responsibilities
- Manage an allocated portfolio of corporate accounts, maintaining and developing relationships to grow revenue.
- Identify and secure new business from existing and potential clients across corporate, MICE, film and production segments.
- Create and update account development plans in ANAIS, keeping information current.
- Achieve monthly performance targets for appointments, calls, client meetings and revenue.
- Handle the RFP process, ensuring rate loading is completed on schedule.
- Renegotiate and renew annual corporate contracts.
- Recommend participation in industry associations, sales trips and trade shows to support budget achievement.
- Support in‑house marketing activities, fam‑trips, client hospitality evenings, presentations and other promotional events.
Required profile
- Proven experience in corporate sales, preferably within the hospitality sector.
- Strong account management skills with a focus on revenue growth.
- Ability to meet and exceed defined sales targets.
- Excellent negotiation and contract management capabilities.
- Good understanding of Accor hotel standards and legal requirements.
- Effective collaboration with sales and operational teams.
Required skills
- Proficiency with ANAIS (Accor’s CRM system).
