About the role

Retention For Brands is seeking a high‑impact Retention Account Manager to lead strategy, execution, and client communication for 7‑9 figure e‑commerce brands. This remote position focuses on email, SMS, direct mail, WhatsApp, push and other advanced retention channels.

Key responsibilities

  • Manage 5–12 e‑commerce retention accounts and own the campaign calendar.
  • Plan, execute and optimise 12–20+ campaigns per month per brand.
  • Design, build and improve advanced flows, lifecycle maps and A/B tests.
  • Create briefs, review creative work and ensure quality before client approval.
  • Lead client communication via Slack, strategy calls, monthly reporting and expectation‑setting.
  • Collaborate with copywriters, designers and technical team members to push accounts forward.

Required profile

  • 2+ years of hands‑on experience with Klaviyo in an agency or similar environment.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple e‑commerce accounts and understand key metrics (LTV, AOV, CVR, RPR).
  • Confident on client calls with clear written and verbal communication.
  • Strategic thinker who goes beyond basic email sends and owns the full lifecycle.
  • Self‑starter who requires minimal hand‑holding and solves problems proactively.
  • Passion for health, fitness and personal development, and enjoys a fun, high‑performance team culture.
