Restaurant Process Manager

About the role

KFC is seeking a Restaurant Process Manager to own end‑to‑end restaurant processes, drive operational excellence, and ensure compliance with food safety, product, and equipment standards across its global network.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and performance‑manage a team of three direct reports, setting objectives and fostering continuous improvement.
• Oversee all food safety initiatives, including ROCC audits, pest management, water testing, and harvest compliance.
• Govern product and equipment brand standards, manage equipment trials, fryer certification, and quality initiatives.
• Ensure restaurant compliance through routine management on MX and KFC Connect platforms, and lead change‑management workflows.
• Drive end‑to‑end change management for operational and innovation projects, handling rollout, communication, and adoption.
• Manage cost centre responsibilities, financial reporting, and coordination with Finance.
• Validate new builds and remodel plans to align equipment capacity with sales forecasts.

Required profile

• Degree in Engineering, Operations Management, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in QSR operations or food‑service management.
• Proven leadership of multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Strong knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance frameworks.
• Experience with change management and process‑improvement methodologies.
