Residential Registered Nurse – Part‑time (30.4 hrs/fortnight)

About the role

This permanent part‑time position is based at Lady McCusker Home in Duncraig. You will work a total of 30.4 hours per fortnight across a rotating roster, providing clinical leadership and direct care to aged‑care residents.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and reviews of residents.
• Safely administer medication and manage falls prevention strategies.
• Complete accurate documentation to support care planning and regulatory compliance.
• Supervise daily delivery of care plans and provide coaching to care staff.
• Promote occupational health and safety in line with aged‑care standards.

Required profile

• Current registration with AHPRA.
• Evidence of up‑to‑date flu vaccination per Amana Living policy.
• Ability to obtain a national police clearance (valid for 6 months) and NDIS clearance.
• Successful completion of pre‑employment medical and reference checks.
• Strong verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills.
• Passion for supporting older people and mentoring a care team.
