Remote Appointment Setter (SDR) for Physical Therapy Practice

About the role

We are looking for a motivated Remote Appointment Setter (SDR) to join our growing physical therapy practice. You will be the first point of contact for prospective patients, turning inbound leads from digital ads into scheduled appointments while providing a professional and smooth experience.

Key responsibilities

• Call and follow up on approximately 70 new leads per week generated from advertisements.
• Accurately schedule appointments using the GoHighLevel CRM.
• Qualify leads to ensure they are ready for treatment.
• Maintain consistent communication with prospects and provide timely updates.
• Track calls, bookings, and conversions within the CRM.
• Support the practice in achieving patient booking targets.

Required profile

• Prior experience in appointment setting, telesales, or lead generation.
• Self‑motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple leads efficiently.
• Comfortable working remotely with a reliable internet and phone setup.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably GoHighLevel.
