Registered Nurse – Acute Ward

About the role

We are seeking a Registered Nurse to join an acute ward team in Nelspruit, providing high‑quality care to frail and elderly patients. The role offers a competitive CTC package and requires flexibility to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver clinical and patient care within a fast‑paced acute ward environment.
• Maintain accurate patient records and ensure proper administration of documentation.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to respond to patient needs under pressure.
• Uphold compassionate and professional standards when caring for elderly patients.

Required profile

• Registered with the South African Nursing Council (SANC) as a Registered Nurse.
• Relevant nursing qualification.
• Previous experience in an acute ward, frail‑care setting, hospital or old‑age home is advantageous.
• Ability to work shifts, weekends and public holidays.
• Reliable, responsible and detail‑oriented.
