Registered & Enrolled Nurse – Flexible Home Care

About the role

We are looking for compassionate Registered and Enrolled Nurses to join Nurse Next Door’s home‑care team. The role offers flexible shifts from 20 hours per week, providing in‑home nursing support to clients in the aged‑care and disability sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a premium, personalised care experience in line with each client’s care plan.
• Perform nursing assessments and document care accurately.
• Manage safety equipment and adhere to infection‑control standards.
• Provide specialised services such as wound care, diabetes management and behaviour de‑escalation.
• Identify and report any client concerns to the Director of Clinical Operations.

Required profile

• Passionate about making a difference and able to work independently.
• AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse or Enrolled Nurse.
• Current CPR and First Aid certification.
• Valid driver’s licence and own vehicle.
• Clear National Police Check, Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening.
