Promotion Assistant

About the role

The Promotion Assistant will support PepsiCo’s brand marketing initiatives by engaging new audiences, increasing brand visibility, and driving sales growth. This role combines trade marketing administration, content creation, and community outreach to ensure the brand is represented positively across multiple channels.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the brand positively in various settings and events.
• Administer trade‑marketing activities and compile sales statistics and reports.
• Coordinate and manage quality complaints and retail queries.
• Assist in creating content such as blogs, newsletters, and product reviews.
• Participate in event marketing and word‑of‑mouth campaigns.
• Act as an opinion leader within the community and provide feedback on new products and services.
• Promote the brand through social‑media accounts.

Required profile

• Matric qualification in Sales/Marketing or equivalent (advantageous).
• Minimum of 1 year experience in sales or customer service.
• Proven ability to market products to potential customers.
• Experience with cold selling and promotional activities.
