Project Manager – Fixed‑Term Remote (AI Programs)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead the end‑to‑end delivery of an AI‑focused training program for a UK‑based creative learning company. This fixed‑term, fully remote role will require you to bring structure, clarity and momentum to complex, multi‑stream initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, execute and monitor AI training projects from inception to completion.
• Ensure delivery stays on time, within budget and meets stakeholder expectations.
• Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, accounts and priorities.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and integrate AI tools into program workflows.
• Identify and mitigate project risks, track timelines and budgets.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Project Manager in fast‑paced environments.
• Strong organisational and planning abilities with meticulous attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously, own outcomes and adapt to changing priorities.
• Experience managing timelines, budgets, risks and delivering measurable results.
