Production Specialist

About the role

We are seeking a Production Specialist to enhance our manufacturing processes and drive continuous improvement on the shop floor. The role focuses on analysing current production workflows, pinpointing inefficiencies, and implementing improvements that boost output, quality, and cost‑effectiveness.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse existing production workflows to understand current performance.
• Identify bottlenecks, waste, and other inefficiencies in the manufacturing process.
• Develop and implement process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing productivity and product quality.
• Monitor the impact of changes and adjust strategies to ensure sustained cost effectiveness.
• Collaborate with shop‑floor teams to ensure smooth adoption of new procedures.

Required profile

• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to evaluate complex production data.
• Experience working in a manufacturing environment or on the shop floor.
• Proactive approach to identifying and solving process challenges.
