Production Operator – Industrial Manufacturing

About the role

We are seeking a hands‑on Production Operator to join our international industrial manufacturing operation in Greylingstad, Mpumalanga. You will work on rotating 12‑hour shifts, ensuring that production lines run safely, efficiently, and on schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and control production processes to maintain efficiency and quality.
• Monitor and operate plant equipment, including SCADA‑controlled systems.
• Support the safe running of production lines and report any safety concerns.
• Complete production checks, documentation, and quality records.
• Perform cleaning and housekeeping duties according to the schedule.
• Report operational issues promptly to minimise downtime.
• Ensure products are produced accurately and delivered on time.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a production, manufacturing, plant, or industrial environment.
• Qualified engineer is highly advantageous.
• Strong awareness of health and safety procedures.
• Ability to work 12‑hour rotating day and night shifts in a fast‑paced setting.
• Hands‑on, reliable, and proactive attitude.

Required skills

• Experience with SCADA systems.
