Process Operator – Whey Production

About the role

We are looking for a Process Operator to manage whey production lines, ensuring smooth operation and high product quality. The role involves working in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment, following strict safety and hygiene standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and control whey production processes according to standard operating procedures.
• Monitor processing equipment, adjust parameters, and ensure optimal efficiency.
• Maintain accurate production records and documentation.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives and report deviations.
• Oversee team performance on shift, ensuring compliance with quality assurance and GMP standards.
• Assist with routine maintenance, troubleshooting equipment issues, and coordinating with maintenance staff.
• Work rotating shifts while upholding safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence.

Required profile

• Experience in food or dairy manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of SOPs, GMP, and quality assurance requirements.
• Ability to work shifts and handle a physically demanding role.
• Attention to detail and commitment to safety and hygiene.
