Portuguese Speaking Consultant

About the role

Join a prestigious airline brand as a Portuguese Speaking Consultant, providing assistance to passengers before and after flights. You will work in a fast‑paced, multicultural call‑center handling voice, written and multimedia interactions in Portuguese and English.

Key responsibilities

• Handle pre‑ and post‑flight travel queries via phone, email and chat.
• Use airline reservation systems to process requests and provide accurate information.
• Meet key performance indicators and maintain high client service levels.
• Participate in fully paid product and systems training.

Required profile

• Native‑level fluency in Portuguese (verbal and written) and good English.
• Permanent residence permit or South African ID preferred.
• Flexibility to work shift patterns, including evenings and weekends.
• Customer‑service experience and excellent computer literacy.

• Retention bonus of R30 000 per year after the first completed year.
