About the role
The Pharmacy Sales Representative will develop and execute sales plans to grow product adoption among healthcare customers. Working fully remotely, you will engage existing and potential pharmacy professionals, deliver tailored presentations, and build strong relationships to drive sales performance and customer satisfaction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to exceed targets within assigned territories.
- Identify, engage, and cultivate relationships with new and existing pharmacy customers.
- Conduct scheduled and ad‑hoc sales presentations and training sessions customized to client needs.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and internal teams to create customized sales campaigns and support materials.
- Visit customer locations (virtually or in‑person) to gather market intelligence, monitor order status, and assess competitive activity.
- Negotiate visibility agreements and coordinate with third‑party service providers for point‑of‑sale displays.
- Prepare detailed sales activity reports, forecast performance, and provide market insights to management.
- Continuously evaluate territory coverage and adjust sales approaches to capture new opportunities.
Required profile
- Associate's degree or equivalent.
- 2–4 years of proven experience in sales or client‑facing roles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Exceptional interpersonal and negotiation abilities.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
- Customer‑focused approach with professionalism and patience.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management skills.
Required skills
- Proficiency with sales technologies and CRM systems.
