About the role
Our Cape Town branch located in Airport City is seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee daily operations, manage resources and staff, and drive performance across the site.
Key responsibilities
- Develop forecasts, financial objectives and business plans to support growth.
- Meet operational goals and metrics while identifying improvement areas.
- Propose corrective actions and implement plans to enhance efficiency.
- Share best practices and competitive intelligence with other branches.
- Address customer and employee satisfaction issues promptly.
- Ensure compliance with regulations and uphold high ethical standards.
- Create shift handover plans and manage resource allocation.
Required profile
- Grade 12 Certificate.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Problem‑solving ability.
- Reliability and punctuality.
- Strong organisational and planning skills.
- Vehicle and fleet knowledge.
