About the role
We're looking for an organised, people‑first generalist to keep the team running and growing. You'll own hiring pipelines, coordinate team events and culture, manage project scheduling and delivery planning, and drive outbound outreach to prospective clients. This is a hands‑on role in a small team – you'll have real ownership across the business from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Run the hiring pipeline – job posts, screening, scheduling, candidate communication
- Coordinate project scheduling and delivery planning across the team
- Organise team events and look after day‑to‑day culture
- Drive outbound outreach to prospective clients
Required profile
- Experience in operations, project coordination, or a similar generalist role
- Comfortable managing multiple workstreams simultaneously
- Strong written communication – writing outreach and coordinating with clients
- People‑oriented – caring about team culture and hiring well
- Self‑directed and comfortable with ambiguity in a startup environment
- Familiarity with project management tools (Notion, Jira, or similar)
