Multimedia Designer – 3D Animation & Motion Graphics

About the role

We are looking for a creative Multimedia Designer who can transform static ideas into dynamic visual experiences. The role sits within a fast‑paced marketing team, delivering 2D and 3D animation, motion graphics and visual assets for digital, social and out‑of‑home campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Conceptualise and produce visual content for social media, digital ads, websites, print, packaging and large‑format outdoor media.
• Design and animate 2D and 3D motion graphics for reels, product demos and promotional videos.
• Own projects from concept through to final delivery, ensuring visual impact and brand consistency.
• Collaborate with creative and marketing teams to develop moodboards, storyboards and campaign ideas.
• Prepare pixel‑perfect, platform‑ready and print‑ready artwork, adhering to technical specifications.
• Adapt creative assets across multiple formats while maintaining quality and visual integrity.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging design, animation and digital trends.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Multimedia Design, Graphic Design, Animation or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in multimedia design across digital and print marketing environments.
• Strong portfolio showcasing graphic design, motion graphics, 2D/3D animation and out‑of‑home work.

Required skills

• Advanced proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects and Premiere Pro.
• Solid experience using 3D design and animation software such as Blender (or equivalent).
