Mid-Level Designer – Digital & Offline Creative

About the role

We are seeking a talented and curious mid‑level Designer to turn ideas into eye‑catching creative that drives results. You will work across digital and offline channels, collaborating with a fast‑moving marketing team to shape the brand’s visual presence.

Key responsibilities

• Design and produce digital assets such as social media visuals, email campaigns, web graphics, paid media creatives, and landing‑page elements.
• Create offline materials including print collateral, event graphics, and branded items.
• Support the development of creative concepts and campaign ideas with the wider marketing team.
• Work closely with Marketing, CRM, Brand, and Social teams to ensure designs align with campaign objectives and brand guidelines.
• Adapt and refine creative assets based on performance insights, testing, and feedback.
• Maintain brand consistency across all customer touchpoints.
• Stay up‑to‑date with design trends, tools, and industry best practices.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of graphic design experience, preferably in a digital or e‑commerce environment.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating digital campaign execution and brand‑aligned creative work.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Excellent attention to detail, adaptability, and willingness to learn.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Basic knowledge of HTML.
• Experience building landing pages in WordPress, Unbounce, or similar platforms.
• Motion/video design skills – Premiere Pro, After Effects (advantageous).
