Medical Sales Representative – Hearing Healthcare (Afrikaans Speaking)

About the role

Based at a community‑facing practice, you will spend most of your time out in the territory visiting retirement villages, care homes and local community facilities. You will meet clients, perform quick hearing screenings, encourage follow‑up appointments and help existing clients explore upgrades and new solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Visiting retirement villages, care homes and local community facilities.
• Meeting clients, performing quick hearing screenings and encouraging follow‑up appointments.
• Helping existing clients explore upgrades and new hearing solutions.
• Working closely with the practice team to achieve and surpass monthly sales targets.
• Managing your own sales pipeline to increase earnings in a growing, innovative environment.

Required profile

• Sales experience in any industry (healthcare experience not required).
• Warm, approachable and easy to talk to.
• Confident engaging with an older client base.
• Fluent communication in English and Afrikaans (non‑negotiable).
• Positive, energetic and motivated to hit and exceed targets.
• Own car and a valid driver’s licence.

What we offer

• R20 000 – R25 000 Cost to Company (salary range).
• R3 per kilometre fuel reimbursement.
