MarTech Gamification Architect

About the role

We are looking for a MarTech Gamification Architect to design and implement gamified experiences that drive acquisition, retention and loyalty across our digital gaming platforms. You will bridge business strategy and technical execution, shaping how behavioural psychology and data-driven insights enhance customer engagement.

Key responsibilities

• Define gamification frameworks aligned with acquisition, retention and loyalty goals.
• Design reward systems such as points, badges, leaderboards and progression mechanics.
• Architect end‑to‑end gamification solutions integrated with the MarTech stack (CRM, CDP, marketing automation, analytics).
• Specify system architecture, data flows, APIs and integration patterns; evaluate and recommend platforms and tools.
• Embed gamified experiences into omnichannel touchpoints (web, mobile, email, loyalty platforms) and personalize based on customer data.
• Collaborate with engineering to implement gamification logic, define event‑tracking frameworks and oversee API integrations.
• Define and monitor KPIs (engagement, retention, conversion, CLV) using analytics tools; run A/B tests to optimise performance.
• Present strategies and performance insights to senior stakeholders and contribute to digital transformation roadmaps.

Required profile

• Clear, confident written and verbal communication.
• Collaborative mindset with the ability to work across marketing, product, UX, data and engineering teams.
• Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Analytical thinking and a data‑driven approach to optimisation.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM, CDP and marketing automation platforms.
• Proficiency in designing API integrations and data architecture.
• Knowledge of analytics tools and event‑tracking frameworks.
• Ability to conduct A/B testing and experiment with engagement mechanics.
• Familiarity with gamification platforms and tools.
