Marketing & Communications Manager – South Africa

About the role

UPL South Africa is seeking a dynamic Marketing & Communications Manager to lead brand building and communication initiatives across the region. The role will focus on creating consistent messaging, managing content, and executing promotional activities that align with corporate and regional guidelines.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement an annual marketing promotion plan in collaboration with senior leadership.
• Manage internal and external communications, including social media channels, press releases, and advertising in agricultural publications.
• Oversee product and service launches, campaigns, and related collateral.
• Coordinate with external agencies and contractors, ensuring projects stay within budget and timelines.
• Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints and report budget status monthly.

Required profile

• Proven experience in marketing and communications, preferably within the agricultural sector.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with various business units.
• Experience managing budgets and external partners.
