Management & Leadership Instructor (AI Training)

About the role

We are seeking a seasoned management and leadership educator to contribute to the development of AI systems that understand real‑world business challenges. This fully remote, hourly contract position allows you to work on your own schedule while shaping how AI reasons about organizational behavior and decision‑making.

Key responsibilities

• Review AI‑generated management and leadership scenarios for factual accuracy and realistic portrayal.
• Assess AI reasoning related to team dynamics, incentive structures, and organizational design.
• Identify flawed assumptions, weak decision logic, or unrealistic managerial recommendations.
• Provide clear, structured feedback that guides the AI toward more expert‑level reasoning.
• Work independently and asynchronously, meeting project deadlines without direct supervision.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of experience teaching management or leadership at the post‑secondary level.
• Strong knowledge of organizational behavior, management theory, and leadership frameworks.
• Ability to evaluate decision‑making quality and spot logical trade‑offs.
• Self‑directed, reliable, and comfortable meeting deadlines independently.
• Preferred: MBA or master’s degree in a related field, real‑world leadership or consulting experience.

Required skills

• Familiarity with AI content evaluation workflows or AI‑related tools.
