Missions principales

• Manage and oversee a diverse portfolio of legal cases and matters.
• Collect and analyze complex data to provide precise and actionable legal orientations.
• Provide specialized expertise on the interpretation of corporate policies and regulations.
• Draft, review, and validate legal agreements, formal opinions, and internal policies.
• Engage proactively with stakeholders to identify legal needs and ensure effective communication.
• Contribute to process improvement through change management programs.
• Monitor legislative developments and industry best practices to ensure continuous compliance.

Profil recherché

• Proven experience of at least 3 years as a Legal Advisor, ideally within the financial services sector.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex legal frameworks.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on risk prevention and continuous improvement.

Competences requises

• Legal drafting and contract management.
• Regulatory compliance and risk mitigation.
• Legal research and data analysis.
• LLB or BProc degree.
• Professional admission as an Attorney or Advocate.
