Main Responsibilities

• Supervise and coordinate daily production activities to ensure seamless workflows.
• Assist in production planning and monitoring to meet strict targets and deadlines.
• Ensure rigorous compliance with quality standards and operational procedures.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date production and quality records.
• Collaborate with warehouse and maintenance teams to optimize operational continuity.
• Identify and report equipment malfunctions to minimize downtime and improve efficiency.
• Support the preparation of production reports and performance analysis.
• Guarantee timely processing and delivery of customer orders.
• Monitor staff attendance and support team performance development.
• Enforce strict Health and Safety (HSE) standards across the production site.
