About the Role

Are you a creative visionary looking to kickstart your professional journey? We are seeking a passionate Junior Graphic Designer to join our dynamic team and help elevate our brand presence through compelling visual storytelling across both digital and print platforms.

Main Missions

• Create engaging visual content for various digital platforms (social media, web banners, email templates).
• Design high-quality print materials including brochures, flyers, and corporate stationery.
• Collaborate closely with the marketing team to translate strategic goals into impactful visual assets.
• Assist in the development of brand identity elements and maintain visual consistency across all channels.
• Support the production process from initial concept to final file preparation for print or digital publishing.

Candidate Profile

• Recent graduate with a Degree or Bachelor's in Graphic Design or a closely related creative field.
• A keen eye for detail and a strong sense of aesthetics and composition.
• A proactive learner with a passion for staying ahead of design trends and emerging technologies.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting strict deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset for effective teamwork.
• Must be a resident of the Kempton Park area, Johannesburg.

Required Skills

• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Solid understanding of both digital design principles and print production processes.
• Basic knowledge of typography, color theory, and layout design.
• Bonus: Proficiency in photography, videography, or motion graphics.
