IT Governance & Risk Manager

About the role

The Manager IT Governance & Risk will lead business assurance engagements across HINT subsidiaries, working closely with senior and middle management to identify, evaluate and mitigate risks linked to digital transformation, cyber threats, data governance, cloud and AI initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and execute business audits and complex risk projects.
• Identify and assess strategic, operational, compliance and reporting risks, especially those arising from emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with IT, Risk, Compliance, Internal Audit and External Audit teams to ensure effective governance.
• Develop and implement the Combined Assurance plan in line with HINT’s framework.
• Drive innovation in audit technology and provide risk‑control training to IT and operational leaders.
• Continuously improve internal audit processes and deliver high‑quality reports with actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven experience in IT governance, risk management and internal audit.
• Strong understanding of digital transformation, cyber security, data governance, cloud computing and AI.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and communicate complex risk concepts clearly.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
