Internal Systems Administrator (Remote)

About the role

Netsurit is looking for a versatile Internal Systems Administrator to manage, optimise and support the full suite of business and operational tools used across the company. Working remotely, you will ensure seamless communication between platforms, drive automation, and support the rapid growth of an AI‑focused managed services provider.

Key responsibilities

• Administer and optimise core operational platforms including ConnectWise PSA & RMM, CloudRadial, HubSpot, QuickBooks, Scalepad, TimeZest and SmileBack.
• Oversee Microsoft CSP billing processes and reconcile data between Microsoft, PSA and accounting systems.
• Manage user access, security roles and platform settings across all internal applications.
• Design, build and maintain native or custom API/webhook integrations between business systems.
• Use workflow automation tools such as n8n to eliminate manual data entry and streamline processes.
• Develop and maintain PowerShell or Python scripts to automate routine administrative tasks.
• Configure ConnectWise service boards, workflows, SLAs, ticket routing, agreements and billing structures.
• Maintain RMM monitoring policies, endpoint compliance and automated remediation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing MSP‑type toolsets and business‑process automation.
• Strong understanding of system administration, integration and API development.
• Ability to troubleshoot vendor issues and coordinate upgrades.
• Excellent analytical skills with a focus on operational efficiency.
