Turn business needs into solutions that make an impact. Are you an Intermediate Business Analyst who thrives on solving problems, engaging stakeholders and bringing clarity to complex requirements? We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a dynamic team.
Key responsibilities
- Discover, elicit and analyse business requirements.
- Engage with business and technical stakeholders to understand needs and expected outcomes.
- Translate business requirements into clear, actionable delivery artefacts.
- Develop user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional/non-functional requirements.
- Facilitate and support stakeholder workshops.
- Maintain requirements traceability and documentation in Jira and Confluence.
- Collaborate with developers, testers and senior analysts to resolve requirements gaps.
- Identify dependencies, risks, blockers and unanswered questions early.
- Support delivery across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid environments.
