About the role

Join a leading IT and MSP company to deliver fast, reliable IT support to businesses across South Africa. You will work on the front lines, helping users stay connected, productive and secure while collaborating with a supportive team.

Key responsibilities

• Provide IT support via voice and chat for general users and VIPs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Helpdesk, Active Directory and DNS issues.
• Manage Windows Servers and handle tickets using ConnectWise or similar systems.
• Create and terminate user accounts, install applications, and set up printers.
• Configure and troubleshoot Office 365 and Office suite applications.
• Recover and restore files locally and in cloud environments.
• Respond to compromised email accounts and assist with account recovery.
• Set up drive mapping and manage network resource access.
• Troubleshoot site‑wide Wi‑Fi and network outages.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on IT support experience, preferably in an MSP environment.
• Strong working knowledge of Active Directory, Microsoft 365 and core networking concepts (LAN, WAN, VPN).
• Ability to take ownership of issues and resolve them across desktops, servers and networks.
• Clear communication skills for voice and chat support, including VIP users.
• Attention to detail when handling user access, drive mapping and system changes.
• Located in South Africa.
