Incoming Consultant – Portuguese Speaking

About the role

The Incoming Consultant – Portuguese Speaking is responsible for handling all incoming orders, requests and queries, ensuring member information is accurate and orders are routed to the correct processing teams. This position works closely with the sales floor and customer service teams to maintain high service standards.

Key responsibilities

• Review and retrieve incoming orders, validating member details, product selections and quantities.
• Allocate payments, contact members for any discrepancies, confirm delivery addresses and schedule dispatches.
• Assign orders to the appropriate processing team based on product and member requirements.
• Monitor and resolve tickets or queries in the Odoo system and Teams Sales Floor Query Group, ensuring no outstanding issues remain.
• Maintain accurate records and update order information as required.

Required profile

• High attention to detail and strong numeracy skills.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively under pressure.
• Team‑player with excellent verbal and written communication in English; Portuguese fluency required.
• Flexibility to work after‑hours during peak periods.
• Commitment to delivering quality service and member satisfaction.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Proficiency with the Odoo ticketing system.
