About the role
We are seeking a senior leader to drive economics and pricing strategy for our high‑growth corporate transactional banking business. The role requires deep expertise in payments, pricing and profitability, and the ability to influence stakeholders to translate strategy into commercial success.
Key responsibilities
- Lead economics and pricing strategy, agenda and governance across a high‑growth Transaction Banking business.
- Influence stakeholders to turn strategy into measurable commercial success.
- Lead strategic growth initiatives within a complex, regulated banking environment.
Required profile
- 12+ years' experience in banking, payments, transaction banking, pricing, portfolio management, or commercial strategy.
- Strong experience influencing executive stakeholders across multiple business units and geographies.
- Deep understanding of pricing governance, profitability management, revenue optimization, and financial performance.
