About the role

Absolute Pets is seeking a GRV Assistant to join the Finance team of a leading pet retail company. The role involves working closely with store teams to capture and reconcile supplier invoices. You will ensure accurate financial records and support price management across the retail network.

Key responsibilities

Capture and reconcile store supplier invoices to purchase orders in the accounting system.
Enter invoice information within 24 hours of submission by the store.
Monitor and report on supplier cost changes for selling price maintenance.
Follow up with stores regarding invoice queries.
Assist with general office data capturing tasks.

Required profile

Matric qualification.
High attention to detail.
Computer literate.
Strong numerical literacy.
At least 1 year of experience in data capturing.
Team player.
Own transport.
