About the role

We are a growing digital marketing agency seeking a talented Graphic & Social Media Designer to join our creative team. You will blend creativity, strategy, and emerging AI tools to produce eye‑catching content that stands out on social platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Design engaging social media assets for multiple client brands, including static posts, carousels, stories, ad creatives, and campaign visuals.
• Adapt designs to diverse brand identities and target audiences.
• Collaborate closely with marketing and content teams to ensure visual consistency.
• Stay current with social media, design, and AI trends.
• Contribute creative ideas and visual direction for campaigns.
• Manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines in a fast‑paced agency environment.

Required profile

• 3–6 years of relevant design experience, preferably in an agency setting.
• Strong portfolio showcasing social media and digital design work.
• Ability to work independently, take initiative, and handle pressure.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• Openness to learning and integrating AI tools into the creative workflow.

Required skills

• Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Proficiency with AI‑enhanced design tools such as ChatGPT, Midjourney, Adobe AI features, or Canva AI.
• Strong typography, layout, and branding knowledge.
