General Engineering Manager – Bangalore

About the role

Triz Engineering Solutions is seeking a General Engineering Manager to lead its Bangalore operation. You will own the P&L, drive delivery excellence, and build a high‑performing engineering hub that supports global automotive product development.

Key responsibilities

• Take full accountability for India operations performance and day‑to‑day delivery aligned with global objectives.
• Lead and develop multidisciplinary engineering teams, overseeing recruitment, performance management and succession planning.
• Own the India P&L, manage budgets, forecasts and cost‑control initiatives to improve margins.
• Ensure effective resource allocation across projects and integrate India teams into global delivery structures.
• Maintain compliance with local laws, company policies and manage operational, legal and contractual risks.
• Support strategic growth by scaling the engineering hub and enabling delivery capability for new business development.

Required profile

• 5‑10 years of senior leadership or General Manager experience, preferably in engineering, automotive or related industries.
• Proven track record managing multidisciplinary teams and full P&L responsibility.
• Experience working in global or multi‑country environments.
• Engineering degree required; MBA or equivalent is a plus.
