Financial Controller – Bryanston

About the role

We are seeking a technically strong Financial Controller to join a leading services provider in Bryanston, Johannesburg. This role blends financial reporting, analysis, budgeting, and dashboard creation to deliver actionable business insights.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and analyse monthly, quarterly and annual financial statements in line with IFRS.
• Develop and maintain management accounts, budgets and forecasts.
• Design and deliver PowerBI dashboards and other visual reports for senior leadership.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations and statutory filing requirements.
• Drive process automation using advanced Excel techniques and Sage ERP.

Required profile

• CIMA or Honours qualification completed; SAICA articles ideal.
• 2‑3 years post‑qualifying commercial experience in financial reporting or management accounting.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, management accounts, annual statements and tax.
