About the role

Join Truworths' in‑house Fashion Studio and play a pivotal role in shaping the upcoming season’s collections across Ladieswear, Menswear and Kidswear. You will translate global fashion trends into exclusive, limited‑run garments that keep the brand at the forefront of style.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse colour, fabric, style and trim trends from international fashion institutes, fairs and major retail markets (USA, UK, Europe).
• Identify and adapt emerging trends for each Truworths brand, ensuring fresh and relevant product offerings.
• Communicate trend insights to Buyers, Planners and Merchandise leadership, inspiring the development of a cohesive range.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to create limited‑quantity collections that maintain exclusivity.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of design experience in fashion retail or a creative manufacturing environment.
• Alternatively, a professional with combined experience in fashion design and buying.
• Strong fashion eye and ability to work creatively under tight timelines.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Adobe InDesign.
• Proficiency in Adobe Photoshop.
• CAD design skills with a solid understanding of product development.
