Executive Customer Care Medical Voice

About the role

The Executive Customer Care Medical Voice position is an intake role focused on processing medical fax communications. You will review fax images, enter data accurately, and ensure compliance with provider and member verification standards. The role supports the precertification workflow and contributes to timely case resolution.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and review fax images, then perform data entry into the system.
• Validate and verify providers and members using compliance metrics.
• Create precert cases and route them to the appropriate review bucket.
• Attach additional fax documentation to existing precert cases when needed.
• Determine whether a case should be cancelled or built further.
• Investigate previous case history to guide outcome decisions.
• Fax responses back to providers.
• Research specific drugs as required.
• Capture data from the system and populate templates.
• Navigate multiple applications to gather required information and meet quality and productivity standards.

Required profile

• High School Graduate (NSC) as minimum education.
• Preference given to applicants from historically under‑represented groups in line with EE targets.
• Flexibility to adapt to monthly schedule changes and varying work hours.
