Ex-MBB Strategy Consultant – AI Training (Remote)

About the role

We are building a Management Consulting domain that translates real-world consulting engagements into structured learning environments for advanced AI systems. As an Ex‑MBB Strategy Consultant you will help design realistic project scenarios that teach AI how to reason like top‑tier consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Create detailed consulting project environments, including industry context, financials, constraints, and incomplete information.
• Design structured consulting tasks for AI agents such as market sizing, commercial due diligence, cost optimisation, growth strategy, operational diagnosis and benchmarking.
• Develop evaluation criteria, grading frameworks and golden‑answer solutions to calibrate an LLM‑based grading system that assesses AI outputs at scale.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on project experience at McKinsey, BCG, Bain, Oliver Wyman, Roland Berger, Monitor Deloitte, EY‑Parthenon, Kearney or Strategy&.
• Proven ability to structure ambiguous client problems into analytical plans.
• Experience building financial models, market analyses or synthesising messy inputs into clear recommendations.
• Track record of delivering client‑ready deliverables under tight deadlines and defending recommendations under uncertainty.
