Entry-Level AI Engineer – LLMs, RAG, Prompt Engineering

About the role

We are looking for an entry‑level AI Engineer to join a dynamic technology environment focused on implementing and industrialising emerging artificial‑intelligence solutions. The role supports the development of AI pilot projects, helping technical teams and business stakeholders explore and scale innovative AI capabilities across enterprise systems.

Key responsibilities

• Assist internal teams and business units with integrating AI solutions into existing systems.
• Support the development of AI agents using frameworks such as Copilot, LangGraph and Semantic Kernel.
• Design and implement Retrieval‑Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines that connect LLMs with enterprise documents, databases and other information sources.
• Participate in customer discovery to understand business processes, challenges and success criteria.
• Develop and execute evaluation tests for AI solutions, including hallucination, response quality and latency testing.

Required profile

• Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics or a related field.
• Demonstrable academic projects, coursework or internships involving LLMs, NLP, Generative AI or applied machine learning.
• Strong foundational Python programming skills and familiarity with Git version control.
• Understanding of AI quality measures such as hallucination, relevance, response quality and latency.
