Engineering Modular Construction Coordinator

About the role

The Engineering Modular Construction Coordinator leads the end‑to‑end assembly of modular plants, overseeing the transition from fabrication completion through commissioning readiness to final hand‑over. This role ensures that all resources, subcontractors and construction activities are synchronized with the project schedule while maintaining the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, coordinate and monitor construction and assembly activities across engineering, procurement, material control, fabrication, quality and site teams.
• Integrate engineering requirements into construction workflows and ensure they are reflected on site.
• Manage material logistics and supply chain to keep the project on track.
• Supervise subcontractors, ensuring compliance with quality, schedule and HSE standards.
• Track project timelines, identify risks and implement corrective actions to meet deadlines.
• Prepare the plant for commissioning and facilitate a smooth hand‑over to the client.

Required profile

• Minimum 8 years of experience coordinating projects from engineering design through client delivery.
• Strong understanding of modular plant construction and assembly processes.
• Proven experience managing multi‑disciplinary construction teams (structural, mechanical, electrical, instrumentation).
• Demonstrated ability to work safely and efficiently in a high‑stakes construction environment.
