E‑Key Account Manager – Pure‑player e‑Commerce

About the role
The E‑Key Account Manager for Pureplayers and E‑Retailers will own and grow strategic relationships with leading pure‑player e‑commerce platforms. You will drive sales performance, enhance brand visibility online, and work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver seamless digital commerce execution.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision‑makers within assigned pure‑player accounts.
- Create and execute account‑specific sales plans, including forecasting, promotional planning, and inventory management.
- Negotiate trading terms, contracts, and joint business plans aligned with L'Oréal’s objectives.
- Collaborate with marketing to implement digital strategies such as SEO, paid ads, social media, and influencer campaigns.
- Track and analyse KPIs (sales growth, conversion rates, AOV, ROAS) and report performance to management.
- Identify and pursue new pure‑player platforms to expand L'Oréal’s online presence.
- Coordinate with supply chain, finance and other internal teams to ensure smooth operations.
- Stay updated on e‑commerce trends, digital marketing innovations and competitor activities.
Required profile
- Proven track record in e‑commerce sales, preferably in beauty or FMCG.
- Strong understanding of the pure‑player e‑commerce landscape and digital marketing strategies.
- Experience managing key accounts and building long‑term client relationships.
- Excellent commercial acumen, negotiation and communication skills.
