District Technical Training Representative

About the role

The District Technical Training Representative will drive business growth by building functional capability of retail and consumer‑facing teams across all sales channels. The role focuses on commerciality, brand and product knowledge while fostering a service‑oriented, consumer‑centric culture.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct trainings for retail and consumer‑facing teams aligned with Global Sales Academy objectives and deliverables.
• Ensure all trainings are business‑relevant, consumer‑centric and aligned with global sales strategy.
• Organize and maintain training materials for all sales channels.
• Drive high engagement on AREA (Onboarding) and Atticus (Product) learning platforms.
• Evaluate training effectiveness, report KPI data and ensure knowledge transfer into performance.
• Support and train key channel partners to build functional capabilities.
• Manage Sales Academy calendars in coordination with global and local marketing schedules.
• Collaborate with EM and Global Sales Academy teams to meet regional objectives.
• Adapt global training content to local requirements while preserving learning objectives.
• Conduct store visits to identify training needs and deliver on‑site sessions.

Required profile

• University degree.
• Minimum 3 years experience in multi‑site training, sales development or similar roles.
• Advanced user of MS‑Office, especially PowerPoint and Excel.
• Fluency in English (written and verbal).
• Ability to commute throughout Egypt and travel across the Middle East as required.
