About the role

This hands‑on position is responsible for the end‑to‑end setup, trafficking, and daily management of paid media campaigns for DLG’s luxury client portfolio. You will work directly in ad platforms, ensuring flawless execution while Performance Managers focus on strategy and client relationships.

Key responsibilities

  • Build and launch paid campaigns from brief to live across Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube, Performance Max), Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok and other platforms.
  • Monitor daily budget pacing, flag delivery risks, and adjust bids, audiences, and creative for optimal performance.
  • Track and report on KPIs such as ROAS, CPL, CTR, and conversion rate, delivering clear insights to Performance Managers.
  • Maintain tracking integrity using GA4, GTM, Consent Mode and ensure proper UTM tagging.
  • Conduct quality assurance of account structures, naming conventions, and creative specifications.
  • Stay up‑to‑date with platform updates and communicate relevant changes to the team.

Required profile

  • 5+ years of paid‑media execution experience, preferably in an agency environment.
  • Deep, hands‑on proficiency with Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads and DV360 Campaign Manager; LinkedIn, Snapchat and Teads are a plus.
  • Strong analytical ability to build custom GA4 reports, spot trends and diagnose delivery issues.
  • Experience managing sizable budgets with meticulous pacing.
  • High attention to detail, methodical QA approach, and ability to work autonomously across multiple accounts.
  • Fluent English; French is a plus.
