About the role

The Digital Marketing Technology Specialist will support the execution of digital marketing, client engagement, communication and social media strategies for the organisation. Using a range of digital tools, the role will run campaigns, monitor performance and produce clear reports with insights and analytics.

Key responsibilities

• Research and assess emerging digital marketing trends and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Ensure all platforms and initiatives align with digital, communication and IT strategies.
• Provide first‑line support for digital platforms to the marketing team and internal stakeholders.
• Implement and publish digital content across relevant platforms to support marketing initiatives.
• Assist with developing digital marketing strategies and managing related projects.
• Upload and manage stakeholder‑provided content on digital platforms.
• Optimise platform configurations to maximise reach, improve SEO and leverage tools such as Google Ads.
• Use data and analytics to inform decisions, enhance user experience and drive measurable business outcomes.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in digital marketing or related fields.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, high‑pressure environment while building strong client relationships.
