Digital Marketing Specialist (Remote, Johannesburg)

About the role

World Kinect is seeking a detail‑oriented Digital Marketing Specialist to join its marketing operations team. Working fully remote from Johannesburg, you will support the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist and collaborate with regional marketers to produce and maintain digital assets in HubSpot and Drupal.

Key responsibilities

• Build, test, and deploy emails, templates, workflows, nurture streams, and forms in HubSpot.
• Create and maintain landing pages and thank‑you pages, ensuring clean naming conventions, tagging, and folder structures.
• Schedule, QA, and launch email campaigns while monitoring basic performance metrics.
• Update and publish website content in Drupal using established templates, adhering to formatting, metadata, UX, and brand guidelines.
• Perform QA checks before publishing and support recurring content updates and landing‑page refreshes.
• Partner with marketers to gather requirements, communicate timelines, risks, and project status, and assist with light copy editing.
• Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Specialist to optimise workflows and respond to team requests across HubSpot and Drupal.

Required profile

• 1–3 years of experience in digital marketing production, preferably with HubSpot or Drupal.
• Hands‑on experience with marketing automation or website execution.
• Experience in a structured production environment or agency is a plus.
• HubSpot or Drupal certification is a bonus.
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media or a related field (preferred).
